Meet The Owners
Larry Townley
President of Black Label Roofing & Construction, brings over 30 years of combined experience in roofing and construction. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach establishes Black Label as a trusted name in the business. Larry serves on the Board of Directors for both Houston Area Roofing Contractors Association (HARCA) and the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) and is well-respected in the roofing community. Larry’s extensive involvement and respected position in these organizations further highlight his dedication and influence in the roofing community.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Larry is a dedicated family man. He has been married to his wife, Shannon, for 18 years, and together they have two daughters and a son, Hunter, who works alongside him in the business. Shannon also plays an integral role in the company’s success, embodying the family-first values that Black Label prides itself on. Larry’s passion for excellence and community-driven service is at the core of Black Label’s mission to provide high-quality roofing and construction solutions.
Jonathan Weisman
Vice President of Black Label Roofing & Construction, is a serial entrepreneur and digital marketing strategist with a track record of launching, operating, and scaling multiple seven and eight-figure businesses over the last 15 years. After exiting two of his most recent ventures in early 2019, Jonathan shifted his focus to leveraging his expertise and data-driven strategies to help other entrepreneurs achieve rapid growth. Jonathan is also a dedicated family man, married to Laura for many years, and together they have four children, including Blake and Ty, who also work closely alongside Jonathan.
Together, Larry and Jonathan’s leadership reflects Black Label’s commitment to delivering quality roofing and construction services while fostering a family-driven and community-focused business culture.
